Our Balloons In A Box products are covered under a standard 30-day warranty unless it has been otherwise specified in the product's description. The return policy does not apply to closeouts, clearance, discontinued, or personalized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Costs incurred to returns/exchanges will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items are subject to review by Balloons In A Box to determine the possibility of non-replaceable returns due to outside influences.
